Madison Court Care Home is a purpose-built care home, very recently acquired by Harbour Healthcare.
Our Building and Facilities Built over 3 floors, the home has a dedicated floor for general nursing care, residential dementia care and another for dementia nursing care. All rooms are designed for single occupancy and all have en-suite bathrooms which include showers. The home has two large lounges on the ground floor with one dedicated specifically to resident activities, whether that may be craft, music, baking or any other interest a resident may have. Lounges are spacious, comfortable and homely for residents and their families to enjoy.
On a personal note, I am about to become a great grandmother for the second time and I can`t wait to meet the new arrival. I had a career change in 2015 when I became an Activity Co-Ordinator, and it was the best thing I ever did. We are all passionate about what we do and strive to ensure the care we deliver is about each individual person we look after.

Madison Court is a large care home situated in St Helens, with capacity to house 66 residents. Madison Court houses adults of all ages including those with dementia. Madison Court is a lovely place to work as it is full of life and laughter and It is heartening to see how well our residents are cared for by our dedicated team of staff.
This may include people that require intensive rehabilitative care following a stroke, or simply need support using a peg feeding tube. Individuals that have been diagnosed with dementia and are no longer able to live independently at home due to requiring specialist 24-hour care services. For services we haven't rated we use ticks and crosses to show whether we've asked them to take further action or taken enforcement action against them. Our Pets We know that the bond between an owner and their pet is a very special one; that's why at Madison Court, we welcome for residents to bring their pets with them to live in the home. Our team will carry out all the necessary checks and risk assessments and are happy to help with caring for your pet on a daily basis.
Staff also dine themselves with the residents they support. Residents dining in their own room have their food presented to same standard as elsewhere. Snacks are provided for residents that require texture-modified food. I have over 29 years’ experience in the care sector and I am qualified to level 5 standard.
